Services Phoenix Surveys

Topographical/Land Surveys

We undertake topo surveys of sites ranging from a single plot rear garden development to the much larger, multi acre, development opportunity. Finished drawings are presented in 2d cad along with 3d cad or genio input file as standard.

As Built Surveys

As built surveys of roads and sewers of sites during build progression . Small scale , single plot as built boundary survey to assist in land registry queries.

Final as built surveys of completed developments to use in the production of adoption plans of roads, sewers and POS areas, all compliant to the specific requirements of the adopting authority.

Measured Building Surveys

Providing accurate drawings of building floor plans , elevations, roof plans and cross-sections of commercial, offices and domestic properties.

Setting Out

Our services include setting out on site of roads, drainage, building plots and boundaries.

As well as these four main aspects, we also provide:

Settlement Monitoring and Building crack and level monitoring.

Repeated methodical observations at agreed intervals of monitoring points producing comparable data for various applications.
All of the above aspects of our work are carried out using the latest robotic total stations, GNSS equipment and digital levels.

All of our staff hold CSCS approval as standard.
